Roleplaying miniatures travel more than almost any others — to a friend’s house, a game store, a convention — and a party is a handful of unique figures, not a uniform unit. MyMiniCase carves a case from the STL of each character, compatible with miniatures for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder and any other tabletop RPG.
Built around a party, not a regiment
A party is five very different figures: a wizard with a staff above her head, a rogue crouched low, a barbarian with an axe twice his width. Commercial trays are designed for identical infantry, so RPG figures end up loose in a box.
Each figure here gets a pocket carved from its own sculpt. With the Pro plan the whole party shares one case, auto-arranged to fit your printer; on the trial, each character gets a case of its own.

Creature sizes and bases
Tabletop RPG figures are usually sized to a one-inch grid: Medium and Small creatures on 25 mm (1") bases, Large creatures on 50 mm (2"), Huge on 75 mm (3") and bigger. The cavity is carved from the model including its base, so every size works — Large and Huge monsters simply produce a larger case. For the biggest ones, see the page on cases for large models.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with official D&D miniatures?
It works with any miniature you have an STL for — printed from a sculptor’s files, from a 3D scan, or designed yourself. Pre-painted plastic figures bought without a digital file cannot be carved, because the case is made from the 3D file.
Can the whole party share one case?
Yes, on the Pro plan: several figures go into one case, each in its own pocket. The free trial makes one figure per case.
Where can I get STLs for RPG miniatures?
Independent sculptors sell and share them on sites such as MyMiniFactory, Cults3D and Thingiverse. Use the same file you print the figure from.
