We want you happy with the purchase, full stop. If MyMiniCase isn't working for you within the first 14 days, ask for a refund — we'll do it without making you justify the request.

How to request a refund

Two ways, both work:

  1. Customer portal — open the app at myminicase.com/case3d.html, click your tier chip in the top-right, then "Manage subscription". You'll land in Polar's portal where you can cancel and request a refund.
  2. Email — write to contato@beadev.ai with your license key (`mmc_...`) or the email you used to buy. We'll initiate the refund on the Polar side and confirm by email.

How long the refund takes

Once we issue the refund on Polar's side, the money typically lands back on your card in 5–10 business days depending on your bank and country. Polar's confirmation email is the canonical receipt — keep it.

The policy above is what we offer beyond the legal floor. If your country gives you stronger consumer-protection rights (Brazilian CDC's 7-day right of withdrawal, EU's 14-day right under the Consumer Rights Directive, etc.), those rights apply regardless of what's written here.
