Terms of Service

By using MyMiniCase you agree to the terms below. They're short and written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email contato@beadev.ai before you buy.

Who we are

MyMiniCase is operated by beadev.ai, a sole proprietorship (MEI) based in São Paulo, Brazil. Payment processing and billing are handled by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record — they're the party that actually issues your invoice and handles tax/VAT.

What you get

Trial

• 3 case generations.
• Full Pro feature set during those 3 generations.
• Each generated STL includes a small "MYMINICASE" mark on one side.
• No expiry — use the 3 generations whenever you want.
• One trial per email address.

Pro Monthly — $5.99/month, recurring

• Unlimited case generations.
• No mark on the STL.
• All current Pro features (lid system, engraving, multi-part, auto-retry).
• Auto-renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your customer portal — Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

Pro Annual — $39.90/year, recurring

• Same as Pro Monthly. Same cancellation terms.
• Saves 44% vs paying month-to-month.

Pro Lifetime — $49.90, one-time

• Same as Pro Monthly/Annual, paid once.
• No recurring charges, no card kept on file after the purchase.
• Includes all future Pro feature updates.
• "Lifetime" means as long as MyMiniCase exists. If we shut the service down (we'll give at least 60 days' notice), there is no further refund obligation — you've had the value for as long as it ran.

What you can do with what you make

Everything you generate with MyMiniCase — the STL file, the engraved logo, the printed object — is yours. You can:

• Print, sell, distribute, give away the physical cases.
• Use them in commercial projects (Patreon, Kickstarter, your shop, your studio).
• Modify the STL in any tool you want before printing.

You can NOT:

• Resell or sublicense access to the MyMiniCase service itself — your subscription/lifetime is for your own use.
• Share your license key with multiple people. One license = one person. (Studios — there's a Studio tier coming with team / commercial-licensing terms.)
• Reverse-engineer the worker / scrape KV / brute-force keys / abuse the trial system.

Service updates

We add features, fix bugs, and may occasionally remove things that don't work out. We won't take away Pro features you paid for. If we make a meaningful breaking change (e.g. changing what "unlimited generations" means by adding a soft cap), we'll email everyone with an active Pro tier at least 30 days in advance.

Trial limits and abuse

The 3-generation trial is hard-capped server-side. Attempting to bypass the limit (multiple aliases, scripted signups, automated key generation) is grounds for permanent ban without refund.

Payment and tax

Prices are in USD. Polar.sh handles the actual charge and is the Merchant of Record — they collect and remit any applicable sales tax / VAT / GST based on your country, and the invoice they send you reflects that. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

See the refund policy for the exact terms. Short version: 14 days no-questions-asked on Pro Lifetime and on the most recent monthly/annual charge.

Termination

You can stop using MyMiniCase any time — cancel via the customer portal and walk away. We can suspend or terminate an account for violations of these terms (abuse of the trial system, sharing license keys at scale, payment chargeback fraud). In the event of termination by us, the remaining paid period is refunded prorata unless the termination is for the abuse reasons above.

Disclaimer of warranty

MyMiniCase is provided "as is". The 3D-printable cases we generate are tested on the printers listed on our home page but we can't guarantee a perfect fit for every miniature, filament, or printer combination — the clearance is adjustable and you may need to iterate. We provide no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (a failed print, wasted filament, a Kickstarter delay, lost revenue).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes that can't be resolved by email go to the courts of São Paulo, SP. Where local consumer-protection law (CDC in Brazil, GDPR/consumer-rights in the EU, etc.) gives you stronger rights than these terms, those local rights apply.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially reduces what you get, we'll email everyone with an active license at least 30 days in advance and let you cancel for a full refund of the unused portion. Minor changes — wording fixes, sub-processor swaps — we just bump the date at the top.
