What goes into a print's real cost
Material is only part of it. This tool adds the pieces people forget so you price honestly:
Material — grams × price per kg. Resin uses volume × density to get grams; waste % covers supports and purge.
Electricity — wattage × hours × your price per kWh.
Consumables — IPA, gloves, FEP/nozzles, per print.
Labour — prep and post-processing at your hourly rate.
Machine wear — printer price spread over its lifetime hours.
Failures — re-spreads scrapped prints across the good ones: cost ÷ (1 − failure %).
